Q: How fast can you install?
A: Most installs happen the next business day. Same-day emergency service is available in many areas.Q: Is the price really fixed?
A: Yes. You get one price before any work starts. Add-ons are only done with your approval.Q: Who does the work?
A: Independent, Indiana-licensed and insured plumbing contractors.Q: What if my setup needs more than a standard swap?
A: The Hookup & Safety Kit covers the shutoff valve, sediment trap, connectors, T&P drain line, and vent connector. Anything beyond that, your plumber sends a photo and a fixed quote first. Nothing is added without your OK.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

When you're charged. A card is required to book. We charge the full flat price once your install is confirmed, and we'll text you when that happens.
Cancel for free any time before 6 PM the day before your install. For Same-Day Emergency bookings, you can cancel free until the plumber is on the way. Your refund is the full amount.
Late cancellations. If you cancel after that point, or nobody is home to let the plumber in, we keep a $150 trip fee and refund the rest.
If we can't make it. If we can't schedule or complete your install, you get a full refund.
If your setup needs more than a standard swap. Sometimes the plumber finds work outside your package, like vent replacement, gas line changes, relocation or electrical. In that case we send photos and a written quote before doing anything. You can approve it, or decline and get a refund minus the $150 trip fee.
If your heater turns out to be a different type or size. We'll adjust the price to match, either refunding the difference or asking you to approve the extra, before any work starts.
After the install. Your new heater comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Refunds go back to your original card within 5 to 10 business days.
